Really google adwords traffic benefit to advertisers or benefit to the google?

I think google adwords team will not have idea that why the landing page is not converting fine?

There are tons of people investing money on google adwords but more then 70% people will not get ROI , Any of one reason google will provide to advertsing people for example landing page is not good, ad copy is not good... will not tell you google traffic is not good...

anyhow there are lots of people still belive google lets few valid point which need to discuss..
